The Legal Simulation Platform · In Development

Step into the case.
Change the verdict.

A legal simulation platform grounded in real closed cases. Review the authentic record, take a role, and argue the case as defense, prosecution, judge, or juror.

Experiential legal learning,
grounded in the actual record.

AllRise places participants inside real closed cases. They review authentic filings, evidence, and testimony, then make strategic decisions as counsel on either side.

Every argument they encounter was argued. Every piece of evidence was entered. Every ruling happened. The AI does not fabricate facts.

What changes is the choices. The outcome follows from there.

AllRise is in active development. We’re building with a small cohort of early partners across education, law firms, and individual users.

§
Core Principle

No Fabricated Facts

Cases are reconstructed from the documented record: court filings, trial transcripts, appellate opinions, and contemporaneous reporting. Where facts were disputed at trial, they are presented as disputed. Where the record is incomplete, gaps are noted. This discipline is what makes AllRise usable as a pedagogical and professional tool rather than a fictional treatment.

Four stages.
One case.

I

Select

Choose a role (defense, prosecution, judge, or juror) and open the Case Desk for a real closed case.

II

Prepare

Work through the evidence file, witness statements, legal arguments, and pivotal moments. Every document is drawn from the real record.

III

Argue

The simulation runs through opening statements, examination, and closing. Face AI opposing counsel and an AI judge reflecting the actual presiding judge.

IV

Reflect

The verdict lands on argument quality. Compare your choices to the actual trial counsel. Review what you changed, and what you didn’t.

Every case has sides. Pick yours.

Replay the same case in a different role. The record stays. The arguments shift. The outcome turns on the choices you make this time.

One platform.
Four audiences.

The Behavioral
Fidelity Model.

The Behavioral Fidelity Model (BFM) is the AI layer that makes AllRise work. It researches a real closed case, reconstructs it into a playable simulation built from the actual record, and plays every role the participant doesn’t. With legal accuracy and in-character fidelity.

Judges reflect the actual presiding judge’s temperament. Opposing counsel argues the arguments that were argued. Witnesses testify to what they testified to. The fidelity is the product.

Source Material
Court filings, transcripts,
appellate opinions, the record
Fabrication Rate
Zero. Gaps noted, disputes marked disputed
Role Fidelity
Judge temperament, counsel style,
witness credibility. As-recorded.

Honestly, this is super exciting to me. I can't wait for people to actually be inside these cases. Not just reading about a trial, but navigating the evidence, picking a side, and seeing what happens when they argue it themselves.
